Initial Comments:
This report is the result of an occupancy survey conducted on February 28, 2024, and completed on March 19, 2024, at Temple University Hospital Inc., Main Hospital Campus-Ontario East, in a Modular Unit renovated as a Pharmacy Clean Room for new equipment which included two flow hoods (Model # NU-301-4530) located in workroom A-F607; a pass-thru pharmacy refrigerator (Model # IPR225) located between workroom A-F606 and workroom A-F607; three biological safety cabinets (Model # SG304M) located in workroom A-F602; and a pharmacy-grade refrigerator (Model # IPR125) located in workroom A-F608. Based on the occupancy survey, it was determined the facility was in compliance with all applicable requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's Rules and Regulations for Hospitals, 28 PA Code, Part IV, Subparts A and B, November 1987, as amended June 1998 and the current edition of the Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Health Care Facilities
